Our Philosophy

At Willow Wellbeing Wales, we believe in the innate ability within each of us to self-heal and we nurture this with acceptance, encouragement, empowerment and in embracing the restorative powers of the natural world. We view ourselves as custodians and, as such, aim to leave the space that we occupy a little better than we found it.

We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and embrace the Forest School approach of ‘leave no trace’, by working to minimise our impact including carbon emissions. We recycle and upcycle as much as possible, as well as having a positive impact by planting trees, shrubs and other plants.

We also appreciate and advocate for our local environment and wildlife and encourage visitors to embrace this ethos.
