Our in-house therapy sessions offer an integrated person-centred approach that puts you in control of how and when you process your own life experiences, whilst offering support and guidance. Our therapists are fully insured, qualified and registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and are committed to abiding by their ethical framework. Sessions can take place online or in person. Face to face sessions can take place at our own centre, or alternative venues can be arranged, but may be subject to a small additional charge. We offer a range of environments for you to choose from at our centre. We’ll show you around in your first session, so you can choose where feels most comfortable for you.
As well as traditional talking therapies, we also offer ecotherapy options including walk and talk, horticultural, animal based (ovine) therapy, green therapy and bushcraft sessions to complement our humanistic approach.
